This report brings data from enterprises surveyed in Jamaica in order to understand the dynamics of the labor market and evaluate gender diversity in business. It integrates a project by ILO to understand the realities, challenges and opportunities facing women in business and management.

The main goal is to identify knowledge gaps and major deficiencies in the six framework conditions that affect the emergence and growth of women entrepreneurs; factors that adversely affect women owned enterprises to have equal access to technical and financial resources.
