The main goal is to identify knowledge gaps and major deficiencies in the six framework conditions that affect the emergence and growth of women entrepreneurs; factors that adversely affect women owned enterprises to have equal access to technical and financial resources.

Como metodología, se realizaron más de 200 entrevistas con instituciones de referencia involucradas en el entorno de apoyo para a la mujer empresarial, emprendedoras y empresarias.
